FORMERIN was founded in the sixties and seventies, when italian design, which had until then been a phenomenon for the elite, began to evolve towards industrialisation: the intuition was therefore to enlarge productive facilities to mass-produce models of extremely high quality.

The company consolidated its position in the early eighties and a new factory with highly specialised personnel and state of the art machinery was soon ready.

Ever since FORMERIN was founded, it was the management's desire to confer upon the context of the modern enterprise a very special connotation; a philosophy born of the company's artisan origins, which turned out to be in perfect, stimulating harmony with the tastes, requirements and dreams of the contemporary public.

FORMERIN has created a world where past and present, life and work, nature and technology are fused into a single milieu, a "unicum", which simultaneously continues to evolve.

The company is now an industrial reality in expansion, made up of the Rombaldoni family and the people who have joined the firm over the years as it constantly grew. It may be considered "not only a company, but also a second family": people who are tied to the history of the firm and family identity, who believe in the enterprise as a group of persons.
