PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with lawful conditions art. 6 of EU Reg. 2016/679, to fill in an information request form; the legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f).
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Data collected will be processed using manual, digital or telematic tools, in compliance with the purpose it was collected for and in a way that guarantees security and confidentiality. Personal data is stored for the time needed to fulfil the aforementioned purposes, also considering compliance with times established by law for the period of legal protection of the interests of the User and the Controller. Hence, in compliance with art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, storage of personal data provided depends on the processing purpose: for contact request data the storage period is maximum 6 months.
RECIPIENTS AND DATA RECIPIENT CATEGORIES
Personal data provided will be communicated to recipients who will process the data as processors (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as individuals acting under the authority of the Controller and the Processor (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed in point 2. More specifically, the data will be communicated to:
- subjects who supply services to manage the IT system and the telecommunications networks, that is including email and the website;
- professional, firms or companies as part of advisory and consultancy relationships;
- competent authorities to fulfil legal obligations and/or the orders of public bodies;
Subjects belonging to the above categories act as data Processors, or operate autonomously as separate Controllers.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO OTHER COUNTRIES
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to another country or international organisation. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services. In that case, the service suppliers will be selected amongst those providing adequate guarantees, as set forth in art. 46 of EU Reg. 2016/679
PROVIDING DATA AND A REFUSAL
Except for what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide its personal data. Providing data is optional or needed based on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. Not providing data marked with the symbol * will make it impossible to receive what is requested or to use the Data Controller’s services.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
You may enforce your rights as established by arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller at the address firstname.lastname@example.org. You have the right, at any time, to ask the data Controller for access to your data, have it rectified, erased, processing restricted. You also have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data (included automated processing, e.g. profiling), and have the right to the portability of your data. With no prejudice to any other administrative and legal recourse, if you feel that the data processing regarding you breaches what is set forth in EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Authority for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), you have the right to revoke consent given at any time.
If portability of your data is requested the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, common use and readable format, from an automatic device, with no prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of art. 20 of EU Reg. 2016/679
